“This is an excellence company. Bought wall panels and trims for bathroom refit. One arrived damaged but within 48 hours another arrived at no extra cost. Good and fair prices, great choice and most of all excellent customer service. Rare these days! would totally reccommend.”

“Excellent service from start to finish, prompt responses to enquiries, goods deliverd ewxactly when they said, excellent helpful driver. And they gave me extra panels. Goods well packaged, not a sign of any damages. Overall very impressed with the Panel Company, and would not hesitate in recommending them to supply.”

“Fantastic customer support from Alex! He offered us great advice whilst we were looking at products and had very extensive product knowledge. “My order wasn't sent to the factory so I had to have a alternative which was OK fortunately, then my order was left on the door step 25 minutes before the delivery time which was early morning luckily I live in a decent area or my delivery could have been taken. I also didn't receive a phone call or text I wasn't happy at all. Lucky, I haven't given a 1 star”

If they deem it safe, they may leave the goods in order to avoid any delays and the need for a rescheduled delivery which may result in an extended wait.
