“The panel looks good but surprised it didn’t come completely wrapped in cardboard protection as we know what delivery drivers are like.”

“Samples delivered on time professional company competitive pricing decided to use a different company for 2 reasons 1. These panels are more of a print pattern on the wood whereas the ones we bought were textured and had more character and depth 2.The pattern was just on the top side whereas the ones we bought had the pattern on all 3 sides of the slat I'd still recommend these though”

“Panels seem really good but came with lots of mark on them a 1 panel had 2 big foot prints across scratching the wood veneer obviously this is not the fault of the panel company as they only distribute the panels”

“Placed order on the 2nd February and was told 5 to 7n days delivery. Chased my order on the 5th was told it wiold be in today. Now 6 days later rang an was told out of stock However the assistant Manager at the Bristol branch Apologised for delay and promised me she will keep a check on it hopefully to deliver on the 18th Feb . Not impressed !!!”

“Panels arrived in good condition but missing one piece of edging trim of the order. Panels also don't completely pull in together equally on the tongue and grove leaving a slight gap in the middle.”

“I purchased the 8mm t&g panels and the quality is quite good apart from one of two panels had some shadowing on them from the core material showing through, but I managed to cut these sections out. The only gripe I have is that the delivery times are so long. The first delivery took 10 days and I under ordered, so had to order some more. I asked if they could help me out with a quicker delivery so that I could finish the job, (even though I was told they deliver most days to my area) but nope, I have to wait 10 days again for delivery. It does state on their website 7 to 10 day delivery, but I thought they would try and help me out! So if you want something quick, it’s 10 days, take it or leave it.”

This is due to us using our own fleet of drivers rather than relying on third-party couriers, meaning specific routes are planned accordingly. “I ordered some samples so I could get an understanding of what I would receive when I placed my order. The images on the website are good, but it's not like actually holding the sample and placing it against the existing decor. With these samples I was able to achieve this as well as view the quality and finish of each sample. I was impressed with the speed of delivery and look forward to placing and receiving the full size panels.”
