“Ordered a sample to get an idea of colour etc. I'm glad I did as it showed the sample has a gloss finish which has helped make our choice.”

“3 emails sent (27th Sept, 4th Oct, 23rd Oct) and not received even one reply. I'm leaving this review as it seems to be the only method to contact you where I might get a reply. Very poor service. Let down before even placed any orders”

“Placed my order online, I had several queries during the whole process and each phone call was answered promptly by knowledgeable and helpful staff. Bristol branch kept me informed of Delivery dates and times which was critical to help manage our installation. I also used the smooth return process too and was able to arrange collection of unused goods. Very happy, would definitely recommend and use again myself. Michelle Bournemouth area.”
