“Unfortunately, it’s been nearly 3 weeks since I purchased panels from this company and to date I still haven’t received the goods that have been paid for. Disappointingly, no asssurance has been provided in regard to a firm date of when I can expect them either - so I’m not impressed!”

“Excellent service, communication and delivery. The only reason for scoring 4 rather than 5 stars was due to design of bathroom panels differing from expectation and as displayed online. However product received was still acceptable and this avoided the need to return. I would definitely purchase from this company again.”

“It’s not quite finished but I wanted to review before I forget. This company have been fantastic. I had a really good experience with customer service when I needed them and the product was perfect. I absolutely love my new shower panels. ❤️”

“Easy to order my shower panel, after receiving samples first. Kept up to date with progress & delivery was within time stated. We did order adhesive but this wasn't delivered so we got a refund & bought it elsewhere. They lost 1 star for this mistake, as it delayed our work. Ours was just for a bathroom wall rather then a shower, so we didn't need the extra accessories.”

“From our first contact with The Panel Company we were impressed. Rob in the Bristol branch saw to us, he was so helpful, freely giving advice and suggestions. “Very bad customer service,has no skills to deal with customers. My order came short ,they knew about it they played dumb,cost me more money to go and buy from some where else as they advised me , because is too fare to deliver what's missing which is not my problem. They only give a refund for what's missing they didn't take any responsibility for the extra cost a curred or my time dealing with them missing me about.”
