Product ok, order went through ok then total nothing - a week passed nothing only when I phoned them was there any response. Really poor service imho

Web site said panels were 2600 long and checked this was so when ordering. Panels were actually 2700 long. Panels were not square so had to square them off before use. Very happy with end result

Still haven't received order after 2 weeks.Very poor communication, if it haven't been for me emailing to find out about when I would receive goods I would still be waiting to hear.

We are very sorry about any inconvenience this may have caused. Our delivery time excludes weekends and as you are based far away from the Durham branch it took slightly longer to reach you. Again we are very sorry about your experience with The Panel Company.

I have bought some floor tiles and found out they are not suitable for under floor heating. Phoned up how to return/replace another products but unfortunately none of their flooring is suitable for under floor heating. Also found out there is a 20% restocking charge, which was not said when order, plus, the product was in stock!! Well, not sure I will get stuff from them tbh as many places don't charge any more, as I was told by another tiles shops next door. Beware!

The delivery time was advertised as between 7 to 10 days but on this occasion I’ve had to wait a considerably longer, 4 weeks as it strands, when you’re trying to manage this to fit for customers this is clearly unacceptable.

Placed the order and heard nothing until I get a text on Friday saying delivery is Sunday. Emailed to say we are away message is Sunday or don't know when!! Had to cancel trip :-(

I originally wanted grey plastic trims to match the panel colour, but these were not available from the supplier. Before ordering the aluminium trim, I checked with the company that the trim was a watertight fit on the panels. They said it was, but sealant could be used as a precaution. In fact, the trims are a very loose fit on the panels, certainly not watertight. They require a great deal of sealant to ensure a watertight fit. Had I known this I would have bought everything local. The panels arrived as scheduled, undamaged and well packed.

Unfortunately my review is not positive. I received my 7 panels last week 5 of the 7 were damaged. They had been brought most of the way by panel Company but final leg by a courier. The panels are wrapped in one cardboard sheet, the corners and the edges have no Protection, hence why they are damaged. They are exactly what I want but damaged.

Hi Cheryl - We deliver all of our orders using our own fleet of vans - I can see that we successfully delivered your order on our own van to the delivery address that you had provided on completion of your order. We don't package our panels up for couriers as we don't send out via courier service, and this is not required for us as our drivers are trained specifically in the handling of our goods. Just to be clear the third party courier carriage you had arranged separately to get your goods to the Isle of Wight has damaged your panels, this is not a result or a reflection on our service. I highly recommend you check order once it’s delivered as we didn’t and once we open the package one panel was completely cracked very disappointing

This is why we always advise our customers to check over the items as soon as they arrive as in rare occasions goods can be damaged, we heavily stipulate this on order confirmation emails and order receipts that get handed to each customer on delivery. Product looks great on the wall but I had to write off two panels as I left them outside overnight out of packaging. They turned brown (not what you need when they are gloss white). Customer services just said that was normal. Delivery very slow and their claim to have zero damage as they do the handling is over optimistic. There was minor damage that had to be worked around. Would not use this supplier again.

Hi Alan - Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, whilst I can understand your frustration we do clearly stipulate on all invoices that if panels are left outside where UV rays can hit them, they will discolour. See info on ALL invoices we give to customers > UV Warning PLEASE NOTE: Panels must not be exposed to direct sunlight, this includes cutting the panels outside. We are NOT responsible for any panel discolouration due to sunlight exposure. Please ask a member of staff for more details. Furthermore this warning is also stamped in large on the actual packaging of all our staple shower panels (in particular this warning was on the shower panel packaging which you had received). With regards to the slight damage, you can report these and the customer service team will go above and beyond to get this rectified. - Damages & Defects: If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to let us know and we will assess the damage, we will arrange to refund or replace the item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s). If you would like to discuss this further please do get in touch with us. The Panel Company

Panels and trims arrived quickly enough. Two trims were incorrect items, I called the customer service to get the correct ones, emailed photos as requested, but I had to call again after waiting two days to have an answer. In the meantime the men due to install the panels could not finish the job, God knows when they will be back!!!

I visited the Bristol store and met a young lady who was very informative and friendly. i enquired about discount (as you do) and was told that it would be possible as i intended to order approximately £700 worth of Goods. i Rang the store to order and asked about any discounts , to be rudely told that my order was not large enough to warrant any. i decide not to order and search elsewhere. a lady then rang, apologised , then offered me a 10% discount which i accepted. When i fitted the ceiling panels i discovered that they were not cut square and i had to square them before i started. i would suggest that if you decide to buy from here, you check the product very carefully before you fit, i personally would not waste my money as there are other companies out there. A shame really as the branch is quite local to me.

Everyone has been very lovely to talk to, the product arrived and was just what we expected. However….we realised we needed another panel-and when I tried to order it they no longer deliver to our address-I have half a bathroom completed! I have emailed, spoken to numerous people who said they would get this sorted, but nothing. I have a holiday let which is currently not being able to be let out due to this problem.

Had to wait for 10 days for delivery then 4 out of the 8 panels were damaged. When the replacement panels were delivered, 1 was slightly damaged.

Panels were great, sent wrong size corner trim, cut it before realising so a trip to Bristol to replace, only then when looking at fixing the panel the pink grip had no C4 nozzles, so a trip to Screwfix to get a tube with nozzle and i should of had tubes of clear and white and ended up with clear and trans, which i presume is clear. need to check orders properly before just sending anything out.

Poor experience and would not recommend. Missing items and damaged panels. No notification of delivery date and time, they just turned up.
