“First class Company - received excellent service, support and advice when ordering my decking. In particular, many thanks to Ellie who was so very helpful and wonderfully patient during our many phone calls - it just made everything so much easier. “Right from the start the service, advice and help I got from Ellie was magnificent. She was able to guide me so I measured correctly. The glass and fixings arrived on time. Once erected the balustrades looked as good as I hoped. You can always tell the mark of a good company by their after sales service. We had a defective clamp so I called outdoor look and they, without any quibbling, sent a replacement part out which arrived the next day. Well done The outdoor look, outstanding product and service”

“Very quick delivery. Needed a couple more boards and live close to the depot so paid online at 11 am and picked up at 13pm. Definitely recommend”

“I can’t rate Outdoor look highly enough from ordering to delivery. Highly professional in what they do and great products too. Ellie was very helpful and very efficient and sorted my order out no problem. Would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.”

“The goods arrived after a bit of a delay due to not being in stock on the shelf. However, Ellie emailed me and kept me informed throughout, and when the delivery was due. I got the screws ahead of the job and were as i was hoping. Thank you to the team. Good value for money and prompt service.”

“The products are first rate. The only shame is communication. The phone number on the website doesn’t seem to work as it rings and rings and suddenly goes dead. Emails take some time to be answered. I would suggest you are doing yourselves a disservice get contact right as products are great.”
