“We have covered a full wall outside to bring a little life to the garden. Not only has this made our back yard look completely different, it also looks real, The first order we under ordered so called them to get extra. Couldn’t believe it when they was delivered the next day. Outstanding service. Outstanding product. Very highly recommended.”

“Excellent customer service I placed the order on Monday, it arrived Thursday! Living alone, I was worried about delivery, but totally unnecessarily! The lady in the office was extremely helpful in making sure any concerns where addressed and on the day of delivery the driver made sure all the order was taken straight into the garden, without me having to lift anything! Very professional definitely recommend.”

“My builder suggested composite decking when he came to refurbish my balcony (I live on the tow path of the River Thames). As I face North I wanted a very light product. He found you on the internet and ordered the material. I am amazed that the light decking can only be found in Lancashire when I live just South of London. However, all the staff that I had dealings with at The Outdoor Look have be professional and most helpful. So I thank them very much and look forward to being able to walk on to my balcony when the job is complete.”

“I loved the quality, colour and the mixture of various leaves. I had previously ordered with a different supplier and it was much much more expensive and the colour was a standard forest green with no leaf variation. I had run out of this for my project and they were out of stock as well. But I’m glad I found this as I will definitely be ordering more. The delivery came quickly as well. Thank you”
