“Well constructed but rather overpriced spring hinged gate. Instruction manual print too small for my eyesight Although I requested copy in pdf format which solved issue. One design flaw for me is that the position of drill holes in hinge brackets needed to be offset to avoid screws drilling into each other when fixing to post. If gate being fitted to matching post at extra cost then likely no problem”

“Right from the start the service, advice and help I got from Ellie was magnificent. She was able to guide me so I measured correctly. The glass and fixings arrived on time. Once erected the balustrades looked as good as I hoped. You can always tell the mark of a good company by their after sales service. We had a defective clamp so I called outdoor look and they, without any quibbling, sent a replacement part out which arrived the next day. Well done The outdoor look, outstanding product and service”

“Very quick delivery. Needed a couple more boards and live close to the depot so paid online at 11 am and picked up at 13pm. Definitely recommend”

“Odd lengths of boards. I ordered a quantity of composite decking boards for a project and asked for 1.8m lengths. I asked for the lengths to fit a specific deck. The boards arrived quickly but were not 1.8m lengths. They were all slightly either too long or too short. So please be cautious when ordering. I have raised a complaint, but nobody replied.”

Hi Rob Thank you for your review. A member of our team did reply to your email, please check your junk/spam mail encase it has landed in there. All our 1.8m boards our cut on size from the 3.6m lengths. as you mention in your email you have received half the boards at exactly 1.8m and the others no more then 5mm to short. We await your response.

all samples do have a cost to send out. As stated on our website if you then choose to place a full order for one of the samples you ordered we would refund the small sample charge

“if im honest not very good at all tried making an order several times the check out wasnt working tried 2 different cards also tried calling 8 times an no one is answering the phone the order hasnt gone through and no money has come out the account, i really need the decking ordered job needs to be done by friday and the stuff isnt even ordered yet no good at all and custumer service is terrible”
