“This is the second bed I have had from you, the first will now be passed to my son. The new bigger frame is fabulous, with new mattress superb. You will always be highly recommended by us. Ordered on the phone, very proficient, quick delivery. We love it, thank you.”

“Have been impressed by the quality of the bed I put together yesturday for my daughter. I did it myself on and off throughout the day relatively easily. If I would change anything it would be to make the pictures on the instructions bigger as i put the one thin central support tube piece on the top of the bed instead of underneath and couldn't fit the slats in until I realised it didn't make sense to have it where I had initially misunderstood it was supposed to go. Oh and those screws hang down a little too much I think personally, and may cause a scrape of an unwary hand when reaching under the bed for stored items... could do with being a little shorter or some kind of protective cap to be screwed on top. Just a thought. Overall the the bed is impressively good quality for its very reasonable price bracket and looks beautiful in my daughter's room. The delivery arrangements were the best I have encountered on any order I have come across so far for large items, especially as they let you know the day before the two or three hour slot they expect to be arriving within. I also spoke to a lovely man at the company before ordering as I was slightly perplexed by their exceedingly comprehensive terms and conditions. He was brilliant and reassured me they of course follow the normal returns policies. I don't however see myself needing to return anything and would definately purchase more beds, if and when I should ever need to, from this fabulous company.”

“Great product and customer service! Gorgeous Super-king Bed for our new home absolutely delighted with the quality and look, received great service and so happy with the price. “Found this beautiful Hamilton iron bed and luxurious mattress to fit in it at the internet on The Original Bedstead Companys website. Lovely Tanya Haynes from the bedstead company helped me with everything and had the bed and mattress delivered for me to Finland! “It did arrive within the started time but I had to ring up as I hadn’t heard anything from them !! The delivery men were nice tho and put it in a safe place in my home as my husband wasn’t here ?? The quality of the bed is good and came with no marks or scratches on .”

“Very happy with OBC. They get 5 stars - well worth the wait for the pewter finish, BUT must mention the delivery guys were appalling - they get no stars. They insisted, in order to save time, carrying each heavy box (something like over 25kg) each. So, literally every wall in my hallway and landing were marked really badly. I have wide stairs and wide landing so there was no excuse but they just wanted to get the job done quickly and move on to the next delivery. As quick as I was telling them they were marking my walls they just kept going.”

“After an issue with the couriers the customer service team at Original Bedstead Company were fantastic and quickly arranged a replacement bed to be sent the following day. The bed was easy to build and looks fantastic. Would highly recommend and will be buying for them again!”
