“Absolutely brilliant company. Would like to give more than 5 stars as well deserved. Communication exceptional ,helpful and professional. Bed arrived on time etc. Packaged really well. Bed really pretty . My one concern would be the instructions aren't that clear ,otherwise excellent service ,quality item and very satisfied with entire transaction.”

“Very please with the bed frame I ordered. Delivered on time and assembly was easy for two people. Colour and quality are perfect . Had my previous bed from this company 15 years ago and it still looks like brand new.”

“Wanted and ordered a mattress from them top of the range great when choosing and staff fantastic. But finished up having to cancel because delivery being made from large outside company who wanted to deliver at 6.00am in the morning with no care about customers premises as they insisted they would still wear their safety shoes and expected customers to protect flooring. Impossible having a solid oak stair tradesmen either wore overshoes or trainers to prevent damage. Explained our problem and told could not do anything about this as Original Bed as a company had no control over delivery. Great shame they refunded money very quickly and we still have not got ourselves A NEW MATTRESS as to be honest cannot find a good option. If only had been able to organise direct delivery from the factory to our home only a hour deal would have been done. We do think the mattresses look great and there has obviously been a change as the website mentions access for wheelchairs etc., and this would not be possible as the mattresses are upstairs and not really laid out as a showroom but staff makes up for this with their attention/”

“We ordered the small double Timolin in satin black for our son after seeing it on thebighillhouse Instagram account and it did not disappoint. Not everything always lives up to your expectations but this beautiful bed surpassed mine, it is strong, expertly made and stunning to look at. We will definitely be ordering from The Original Bed Company again.”

“Ordering my bed from the Original Bed Company was one of the best decisions I have made. I saw this particular bed in an advertisement last year and looked all over for it in stores that were located in the US. I finally found that The Orginal Bed Company was the maker of this bed and I contacted them. I ordered the bed and it was completed faster than I thought. The shipping was long but that was understandable because it was international shipping. When I received the bed, I was in love all over again. It is the bed that I dreamed I would be able to buy one day. It is a gift to myself after the pandemic. This company was so easy to work with and each person that I communicated with treated me with the utmost respect. I have referred a few friends to this company for their future purchases. I will forward a picture when I finish designing my new bedroom. Now I need beautiful new pajamas! Thank you, Robin”
