“This is my second OBC bed, came back for the quality and wasn't disappointed. You actually improved the product which make the purchase even sweeter! Only problem I had was deciding which bed to go for because there is so many great designs in the range. Finally went for the Ashley which looks great. In the bedroom.”

“The bed is perfecr and we received good service. Of note to other customers is that the bed frame legs are detatchable and hence it made getting the frame up our tiny stairs case very easy!”

“We love the bed and the chap at the shop was really helpful but one of the taller legs arrived with a bent fitting so we could only use the shorter legs. That said, it is a very robust bed and pleasing to the eye.”

“The quality of the bed was excellent, very sturdy and easy to assemble. Price was very reasonable. Would have rated very good but delivery was longer than we expected and had to improvise on construction as one of the threads was stripped and had to use own nut to complete construction. Looking for another three beds over 2016 and will use this company again. MJ”

“We now own 4 beds from The Original Bedstead Company, they are lovely! Really good quality and very comfortable. The service was fantastic - we were kept informed every step of the way and TOBC went out of their way to make deliveries when it was convenient for us. A very pleasing experience all round.”

“I wanted an up to date metal bed to replace my much loved Victorian Cast Iron bed. These beds looked well made and tasteful. The customer services could not have been any better when ordering. The bed arrived on time and was better than expected. When I broke a slat they happily sent out replacements the next day. A top company which is very well run and know how to treat their customers!”

“I am from Australia and I have bought three iron beds and had them transported to me. The beds are as described on the website and of the highest quality, the service exemplary and great care is taken for delivery to be arranged as required and is extremely prompt. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, I love their beds and they look amazing.”
