“Great service from David the bed fitter/courier from the Original Bedstead Company. He couldn't have been more helpful and polite and did a perfect job in delivering and fitting a bed. Also took away all rubbish and even our old bed frame! Can't recommend this company enough based on David's customer service. The other staff from the Corby branch were OK.”

“I ordered this bed back in October. I had to wait 8 weeks for delivery due to the unserved drawers not being in stock. However, not an issue as the Bed Company kept me informed of the progress of my order. Bit disappointed with the delivery company as they did not deliver on the day they were supposed to as they lost one of the parts! They also failed to tell me so I waited in all afternoon for the delivery which did not arrive! Trying to contact Arrowxl delivery company was not easy so I contacted the bed company who chased them up and rearranged delivery. The Original Bed Company were excellent can’t fault them sorted the problem after one phone call. Can’t wait to put the bed together.”

“This is the second Original Bedstead Company bed I have bought. I’m so happy with mine that I bought the Edwardian in King size for the spare room. I put it up easily by myself, got the Juno Original to go with it, which is lovely and comfortable, although I have the Juno One on my bed, which is the best mattress I have ever slept on, and worth every penny. Delivery within a 2 hour slot. Delighted and definitely recommend.”

“A beautiful bedframe, finished to a high standard and made in the UK! This was ordered from stock and delivered within the week. Easy to assemble (needs two sets of hands) with tools supplied and a choice of two frames heights. Really sturdy without having center supports. Very happy with the purchase.”

“I adore my beautiful Ballina bed. It is extremely well made with a superb finish, silent as promised and wonderfully comfortable. Delivery was no problem as ArrowXL have route tracking so you can see then they are due to arrive. I would thoroughly recommend this company.”

“Service has been superb! Ordered beds and mattresses online. I followed up my order by phone. Staff fantastic. Products great. Deliveries on time. I would have liked the boxes wiped down, thick covering of dust, before bringing into my house but it's a small complaint!”

“I love my new Olivia bed and Juno One mattress, which is so thick I could do with a ladder to get into bed. The bed was relatively easy to put together and the packaging was so good that it took me more than an hour to release the parts of the bed from their cocoon. One screw was missing but was sent off post haste and arrived the next day. The drawers were a bit fiddly to fit but run very well and make excellent discrete storage. There were big problems with the delivery company but the OBC did its best to sort things out. All in all I was very happy with this transaction and would recommend the Original Bed Company very highly.”

“Starting on a good note...I love my new bed! Bad news is....I ordered the bed on a Friday expecting a 3 to 5 day delivery date. The soonest date available with their courier was 11 days later. I was told it would be delivered between 10am to 12pm....they didn't arrive until 4pm. No call telling me they would be late. Thank goodness my bed looked so nice in my room....took away the stress of the crazy delivery system they have!!!”

“I was very pleased with the service from the staff on the order line. They are friendly and helpful. I wanted to order a bed that may have taken four weeks to be delivered. However stock was due in on Monday the following week and I had it delivered on the Tuesday. I was very happy with the bed, it was exactly what I wanted and I am thinking of getting another one.”

“We are delighted with the quality of our camolin bed. It is beautiful and better even than we had hoped. The drawers were worth the extra money and are so spacious. The service we received from tanya and mathew was professional and friendly and helpful on every contact and we are very grateful and really pleased we discovered the original bed company.”

“Beds are very well made in lots of different finishes and colours. The metal traditional bed have all the good features of past bedsteads, with modern sound connections, easy to assemble with good instructions. Delivery was as scheduled and well packaged. Intend to use TOBC again in the near future and would recommend.”
