“I would have given 5 as the bed frame and mattress are really good....but the delivery let it down, the packaging was filthy and left lots of dirty marks on my walls carpets and up the stairs and all over us too when unpacking.....”

“We ordered a Hamilton low foot bed and adore it. The build quality is excellent and it's obvious that they take pride in their product. To make things more complex we live in New Zealand and they were helpful in arranging freight to us, across the world, in under a week. The level of careful packaging for such a long distance transit was exceptional. Highly recommend.”

“Ordering: Very easy. Online. Communication : Terse. Either was here. Or wasn't. Which was/is fair enough I suppose. Product: Looks beautiful. Quality. Sturdy. Very impressed. Packaging: Sorry to be retentive about this but never encountered as well thought out protective solution to a product. Incredible. Delivery: Did pay extra for chosen room delivery but the sheer weight meant that it had to be separated into parts and took upstairs...which was done very adeptly...by myself...as advised by delivery team who shot off after imparting this piece of logistical advice. 🤷‍♂️”

“We are really delighted with our Ashley Bed and Juno mattress! It looks fabulous in our spare room and the mattress is so comfortable. It was really easy to assemble, and delivery was totally straight forward! The bed looks exactly like the website, and seems very well made and finished to a high quality. I am considering buying another!”

“Excellent! The packaging was exceptional. Every single part was packed and protected very well. Really great quality metal bed. All the parts fitted exactly where they should and was easy to construct. Very pleased with bed. Slight delay in receiving the bed even though it was in stock.”

“Superb. We bought a mattress from OBC and decided, having ordered a bed frame from elsewhere that wasn’t up to scratch, to amend our order to include a bed frame too. Superb quality - roughly twice the weight of the frame it was replacing. Looks wonderful. We’ve simply never slept this well.”

“Looks beautiful, a very good od experience from start to finish so easy to put together, the nuts and bolts etc were already screwed on so we just had to undo them to link everything together, so at least we know we weren't looking for missing parts so easy to do thank you for a great experience”
