“Sent question one evening answered next day. Placed order on a Sunday for wrong colour, emailed was corrected on the Monday. Customer service brilliant, kept me informed. And bed as described. Well satisfied.”

“Love this bed. Bought the simple Paris design in small double size for a small room. It looks great and does not dominate the room. Just wish I had a larger room for some of the more elaborate designs. But quality is great and easy to put together. Very pleased. Thank you.”

“We were impressed with the choice of beds and even more with such positive reviews. We found two ideal beds and the ivory colour was very pleasing. The ordering process was very quick and efficient and the beds arrived within the week. They were very well packaged and we had no problems putting them up. They are very solid and look marvellous. Would certainly use this company again”

“Ok, so it took a bit longer but when I asked them they actually retired my phone calls! The bed frame is actually fabulous. Very well made and far more comfortable than any other “slatted” bed I have slept on. Great purchase.”

“We love the Solomon bed. The added storage drawers are a great addition and very spacious. They fit well on the bed frame and are raised up off the floor, a great idea. Minor issues were dealt with promptly and effectively. The bed frame and slats are very good quality and very reasonably priced compared to similar products. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks!”

“Very strong handsome bed frame. Very well made but easy to construct. It replaced an old heavy pine bed. The bedroom now looks so better by opening up the area. You can now see the wall paper/”

“Since first contacting the original Bed Co. with queries about their beds, the customer service I received was exemplary. I purchased a small double bed and a mattress for our teenage son. The bed is beautiful, fabulous quality, sturdy and was easy to put together. The mattress is excellent and our son loves it, not that he needs any excuse to sleep more! We will be purchasing another bed in the near future. Highly recommend!”

“The website is, clearly, not managed well. We ordered our new bed by phone, emphasising that we had a short lead time and had chosen a bed that was, according to the website, in stock. When we heard nothing, I telephoned again and got through to the London showroom rather than customer services. A very helpful chap checked and said that the bed wasn't in stock and delivery would be at least 6 weeks, possibly longer. He helped me find a suitable alternative, placed my order and promised a refund of the difference in the cost. The bed arrived within days, was easy to put up and is just what we need. Shame the website is poorly maintained, and there's no excuse for taking our original order and not alerting us to the availability problem. Would we use this company again? Probably, but with caution and more questions.”

“Absolutely love our new bed. Bought the kingsize Edwardian bed frame and juno cashmere mattress together. Frame looks good and is very sturdy mattress is the best mattress I've ever had . Really comfortable. Delivered within 5 days of ordering as all in stock . Would recommend”
