“I can’t rate them highly enough. They were available to answer all my questions, were flexible in terms of delivery and I have now ordered through them three times. The beds are good quality and arrived when expected.”

“Ordering process was simple however one star removed because unfortunately a vital screw was missing from the order, and when customer service was contacted there wasn't a great feeling of urgency from them to rectify it. A replacement screw eventually arrived and we're very pleased now that we have been able to build it.”

“The quality of these beds is outstanding. Zero rattles, totally built to last, and top quality mattresses too. As a few have pointed out, the assembly instructions aren't the best. Having put one together I strongly advise putting together the bed ends first. That apart, the bed looks fantastic (we chose the Hamilton)and is rock solid. Well worth the money - grab the £100 discount and get a mattress too.”

“I cannot praise or recommend this company enough. The bed we ordered is lovely. The mattress (Juno Silk) however, was not for me. My husband loved it. It was beautiful and well made but just too firm for me. The company was very helpful and gave me good advice. The man I spoke to certainly knew what he was talking about. The mattress had to be returned and the company refunded my money with no issues. Thank you for your help.”

“I like my first bed I like my first bed, Balina double small, and ordered a new bed for the other bedroom here (with mattresses). I have cotton Juno but it’s so good I cannot imagine what cashmere feels like. I ordered assembly straightaway to avoid huffing and puffing. The bed looks and feels rock solid.”

“I'm sure the bed is nice, but the delivery men refused to take it upstairs as they said the packaging was dirty and it would mark my walls. I asked if I could take it out of the packaging and they said no. I rang the OBC and a very unhelpful man who refused to give his name said yes, that's just the way it often was. So, despite paying for a premium delivery to the room, I have a mattress and several boxes standing in the hall. I don't think it's ok to take no responsibility for how your goods are delivered.”

“We have previously had a cast iron bed, but that was bought some 30 plus years ago, so we thought we were reverting to similar. How wrong we were! The OBC beds are unbelievably solid. They have obviously been made for today's larger customers. Our old bedframe also had individual bowed slats to insert but after a couple of screws was built. The OBC beds are easy enough to put together but so cleverly designed. We were going to keep the divan in our other bedroom, but just as soon as that is decorated, we will be getting another OBC frame and possibly one of their mattresses as well. Couldn't fault the delightful delivery men who were a pleasure. The bed itself is a beautiful, solid piece of engineering. The only problem is that the frame will likely outlive us!”

“I ordered two Solomon beds with mattresses for my holiday chalet recently and I’m absolutely delighted with them. The bed frames are solid and well made and the mattresses super comfy. Brilliant company to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again!!”

“I’m very impressed with the original bed company, they have been very good to deal with. My only comment would be it would have been nice to have a bit more feed back and conformation of the order details as well as updates on awaiting delivery as there’s a long wait. The wait is well worth it! Superb products both the bed and mattress. The bed is stunning to look at, and so comfortable. Stunning quality, very heavy. Worth every penny! I can’t recommend it enough. Mine was delivered to the bedroom and assembled, the guy was wonderful. Highly recommended.”

“Just taken delivery of our second Orlginal bed and very happy indeed. The delivery guys were so efficient and polite and kept excellent time, a rare quality now it seems. We are so impressed with the quality of the beds and mattresses and would always recommend the company to anyone. Staff are helpful and a pleasure to deal with...many thanks.”

“I purchased the Juna Cotton medoum double mattress early August. I knew exactly what I wanted as friends highly recommended this to me. Customer service in the King's Road shop was excellent and mattress delivered within a week. Delivery was spot on with excellent communication from courier company. Put mattress in place. This mattress is made of high quality materials, very comfortable and a very affordable price. Highly recommend this mattress. 5 stars to Customer service, delivery and quality.”
