“Great service, bed arrived swiftly and looks super, exactly as I had hoped. The mattress is very comfortable too. I am deducting one star for the assembly instructions in respect to the optional drawers which are at the end of the instructions and require the bed to be semi dismantled in order to retrofit the drawers. Other than that, I love my new bed.”

“The service was excellent with a time slot given and then updates on the day and a call from the driver when he was 30 minutes away, perfect. Happy with the bed, easily assembled albeit a bit time consuming. The storage drawers are spacious, highly recommended”

“We bought a bed from The Original Bed Company nearly twenty years ago. It is still giving us a good night's sleep every night. When we needed to replace our spare bed it was obvious where we should go. The new bed arrived promptly, was easy to assemble and looks elegant in our spare bedroom. We hope it'll give our guests as many good night's sleep as our original one.”

“The entire purchase went well. My only complaint is my bed was bent during transport. I was able to mostly straighten it out; however, it is less than ideal for a bed that costed over $1000. I love the bed.”

“My bed is absolutely wonderful and I am completely delighted with it. I paid extra so my bed could be delivered to my bedroom and I could assemble and sleep in it, having just moved in to my new home. However, the couriers who delivered the bed refused to take it up (they didn't even try, or look at my stairs, they left in a hurry saying it was "not company policy"). I then had to sleep on the floor for over a week before the Original Bed Company could send someone to help me and assemble it. I was charged extra for this service. So, if ordering a bed from this company, make sure you get a guarantee that your bed is delivered where you want it. The bed itself is fine, but the company weren't terribly sympathetic to my plight, charged me extra for my inconvenience and made me wait a week/10 days before sending someone to help me( he was very good).”

“We bought two beds from you for our new home. Both are beautiful. They are well made and are a feature in the room. We had storage draws added and they are very spacious. I feel they will last a very long time but if needed I would buy from the company again. All communication with the company was professional and the beds arrived well protected. No regrets in my purchase whatsoever.”

“Bought a king-size Arran brass bed and a Juno wool mattress. I'm thrilled with both. Excellent quality and really comfortable. Construction of the bed was pretty straightforward; I managed to do it alone but would have been a lot easier with some assistance.”
