“Terrific ease of ordering and delivery, we ordered a black metal frame that was straight forward to put together and seems to be very good quality having had it now for a month. Very happy with the upgrade.”

“Excellent company, top quality products at decent prices. I love my bed. It is very well made, sturdy yet looks so stylish. It arrived promptly with good communication with the couriers; it was very well packaged and was easy to put together (with 2 people). I had great fun making it and I am delighted with my beautiful new bed.”

“Delighted with my new bed... a huge improvement on previous bed which squeaked every time I moved! The new bed is very rigid and feels very solid. I managed to put it up myself but 2 people possibly would have made the process easier. Delivery was in the time frame stated and my dealings with the company was straightforward. My only gripe is that the delivery men were not prepared to take it upstairs for me. All in all, a lovely bed and a happy customer.”

“The service was very friendly when I called to ask questions about the bed frame we wanted to buy and the instructions about the delivery company were very good. All went to plan and our daughter is delighted with the bed frame. Very good quality product.”

“Having spent a long time researching beds for our second home we decided on the Original Bed Company. We are so pleased that we did. We have taken delivery of one bed with a mattress and will soon be ordering our guest bed and mattress, with the knowledge that it will be of equal quality and fine finish. Certainly will be only to happy to recommend to family and friends.”

“Website very easy to use. Great product which was delivered quickly. Brilliant customer service from Jamyang when I realised I had ordered 2 under bed storage boxes but could only use 1. Could not have been more helpful and responded so quickly to my queries. Would definitely recommend!”

“We ordered the Solomon iron bed with the cashmere mattress. This is the most comfortable bed and mattress we have ever slept on, even better than the high end memory foam mattress we have had for years. I can't recommend OBC enough, both for the quality of craftsmanship and their professional delivery service. Well worth the investment.”

“Amazing company to deal with My husband put bed up and destroyed the packaging. It was marked. Contacted company they said didn’t matter about packaging. We’re so understanding but offered advice on damage and reduction in price Told me to think about it. No pressure Bed was for a spare room really sturdy so I kept it. Unbelievable company to purchase from. The customer first for a change!”

“Answer to my problems. For a while I have been looking to replace the brass finials on my bed which had become tarnished over a period of time. Following correspondence with the OBC they were able to source these for me resulting in saving me the cost of providing a new bed. Excellent customer service.”
