“After finding the items I wanted on their website for a very competitive price I ordered two and specified that I’d like one of each design. Not long after I’d placed my order I received a phone call from Old Railway Line Garden centre advising that they only had one design available so they arranged to send that one to me & process a refund for the second one. The product is really lovely I am really pleased with it and the customer service was excellent. Thank you and keep up the good work .”

“Excellent service and a good quality product. Delivery on time and as expected. Would order from you again. My only negative comment is that whilst the description of the hat is 'Tan', the picture makes it look a lot darker than it actually is. In our case this didnt matter but for others it might be a problem”

“Having already made contact asking about arranging delivery for the 17th December and assuring me that I only needed to make a comment to that effect when ordering, the plant arrived two days after ordering - 4 days early. My comment was clearly printed on the delivery note. I noted that the plant was sent using next day delivery which ordinarily would have been fantastic but unfortunately on this occasion it was too soon. Other than that the ordering was simple the choice was simple the delivery was very quick and the plant arrived safely.”
