“I ordered 4 packs of coffee and only one arrived. But, I rang and apologies were offered. The other 3 packs were sent straight away. A mistake which was swiftly rectified. That won't stop me ordering again”

“Having previously been a regular customer for years myself and my sisters were treated as if we were criminals today as the alarm went off as we exited. We stopped and came back in to be told we couldn't leave and had to empty our bags onto the counter which we did. We walked numerous times back and forth through the alarm not setting it off. So clearly was a false activation of the alarm. Despite this the rude member of staff being reluctant to let us leave and treated us as if we had stolen things even though we had shown her receipts and contents of bags pockets etc this was not good enough and this occured in full view and earshot of other members of public. This whole situation severely distressed my 2 year old niece and embarrassed myself and my two sisters highly. My family and I have been shopping here for years and to be treated in such an unacceptable manner when we have done absolutely nothing wrong is shocking and we won't be back again.”
