“First time to purchase on line, as I couldn’t visit in the run up to Christmas. Very happy with my purchase, and the quick turn around. We love the centre as a great place to visit and spend a few hours, and often use the restaurant, cafe, or to grab a drink and snack to go, from the outside facility. They really do create a wonderful atmosphere at Christmas, too! Excellent on every front.”

“I ordered a plant as a special gift when it arrived it was a little squashed but most in good condition - I love that the packaging was recycled from old boxes and had a note of who boxed it, thanks Dan - with some TLC the plant will bloom beautifully amazing especially after traveling from Wales to Scotland! Thank you”

“I ordered my item on the 17th December and was given a delivery date for 3-5 days later. I had no expectation of it arriving before Christmas.....you are in Wales and I am in Essex, but was really pleased when it arrived 3 days later, as you said it would. It arrived in pristine condition, no easy thing when it's bottles of beer and was packed by a person called Leah who did a fantastic job. I was kept up to date throughout the order, dispatch and arrival , so all in all a really good experience, thank you.”

“Brilliant service from The Old Railway Line Garden Centre - I ordered some christmas tree lights just a few days before Christmas and whilst I realise that delivery is out of their hands, I requested that my order is despatched asap and lo & behold, my order was processed quickly & efficiently and I received my christmas tree lights before Christmas - thank you so much!”
