“I ordered two terracotta pots at a cheap price and they look expensive. They arrived quickly and the packaging was amazing. My pots were very safe. Who needs branded packaging when this company does far better than iv ever seen before. I will definitely be ordering again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you”

“Lovely flower troughs delivered in good time at reasonable price. But packaging hugely excessive and very wasteful and completely unnecessary. One box with bubble wrap would gave sufficed instead of four boxes.”

In the case of the 2 x terracotta glazed planters you ordered, we prioritise their safe arrival to prevent any damage during transit. Unfortunately, we have had instances where similar items arrived damaged when packed together, which is why we chose to use separate packaging for these fragile items. We hope you understand our need to use packaging on such fragile items and see that the packaging used was all recycled.
