“This was a collection from store. Still haven't quite got the 'collection' process system right. It is not clear where exactly a customer goes to collect their order. Nothing on the website and no signs when you arrive. It doesn't help that the process changes between visits -think customer!! You haven't got the review page quite right either!!!”

“I emailed old railway line as my package arrived all beat up and bent which isn't very nice as its a Christmas present I had no reply, I also submitted a Google review with no reply so I'm not sure why I'm being asked for feedback now as it clearly doesn't matter to you”
