“I could not be happier with my purchase! Within two days of ordering it arrived and I was really happy with the product. I bought this for a friend of mine who is train-crazy. It’s arrived in a large box stuffed with packaging to protect it, and tape around it stating that it was fragile. A brilliant experience all round. The only negative I can say is that the postage was as much as the bauble, which if it hadn’t been Christmas, I wouldn’t have paid it. Definitely recommend!! .”

“Great service. The confirmation email gave me a much longer delivery window than what I would have expected as an express delivery. So I messaged about my concern, they kindly and quickly replied and my product arrived in 2 days. I really loved these lights in my local garden centre in Devon, so we bought it but our labrador puppy decided to munch on the wire and chewed right through it. (Thankfully he didn't have an elect shock). We were desperate to have the same lights but our local garden centre sold. This is how we found you and although the lights were quite a bit more expensive than here, we didn't mind because of the situation.”

“After finding the items I wanted on their website for a very competitive price I ordered two and specified that I’d like one of each design. Not long after I’d placed my order I received a phone call from Old Railway Line Garden centre advising that they only had one design available so they arranged to send that one to me & process a refund for the second one. The product is really lovely I am really pleased with it and the customer service was excellent. Thank you and keep up the good work .”
