“Ordered an item online and the total was £59.95 and I paid for it, the price them increased to £129.95. Tried to cancel without success and had to contact my bank to report a scam. 2 days later seller responded and it then too a further 72 hrs to get a refund.”

Hi, I'm sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase. The Rhubarb forcer pot you purchased is £59.99, the delivery charge is £69.99. The delivery charge is high due to the large size and fragility of the item, it is delivered using a kerbside pallet delivery service to ensure it arrives safely. This delivery charge is shown on our website and can be viewed before checkout.
