“the service that I got was very good indeed. I got phone call to say that one item was out of stock - that's what I call great customer service. Had to contact them about something minor and they dealt with it immediately. All in all a very good company that I shall re-visit at some point. Thank you”

“An excellent garden centre with super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and wonderful plants, products and special events. Online ordering is easy and efficient. “The parcel was well packaged and arrived without breakage. I would have appreciated information about dispatch and tracking. It just turned up a day before the expected delivery window, but fortunately I was in. It’s not the sort of parcel that can reasonably be left with a neighbour.”
