Dear Terry, We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your order. As discussed via email and over the phone, we have passed this onto Bramblecrest as the item is under warranty, and we are waiting for a response to resolve this issue. “Plants arrived on time. Two ivy plants, one damaged in transit. Emailed Co with photos and offered 25% immediate refund and reminder that plants guaranteed for 5 years so to contact them if any future problems with the plant. Good response in the circumstances.”
