“Pleasant helpful staff when I phoned to buy a gift voucher, which arrived within 2 days via recorded delivery! My son uses this garden centre and is always raving about it so I know he will love his gift.His garden is certainly benefitting from your produce!”

“It was clearly evident that the three plant pot saucers I'd ordered had been packed with great care (by Dan) and in a way that would ensure that they would be protected from damage. I appreciated this very much. For your information, the largest of the saucers broke into six pieces during transit. I have informed Parcel Force of my disappointment and described the considerable care that was taken by ORLGT and the prominent use of FRAGILE labels.”

“The ordering process for my order of garlands for my 2 flireplace mantles was seamless, and they arrived within 2 days of placing the order. Communication on despatch and delivery was good and the goods were described perfectly on the website.
