“I ordered 6 18cm terracotta long Tom pots online, which was a straightforward process. They arrived as predicted, on time, and extremely well-packed; it would have taken a determined courier to cause any damage! The pots are good quality and suit my purpose perfectly. Thank You.”

“Delivery performance was poor, they should consider changing courier company. Items apparently went to the wrong depot. Courier company messaged to say I should take this up with the vendor. What a hassle ! , why couldn't/didn't the courier company sort this out.”
