“Every experience I have had with TNG has been overwhelmingly positive. From stock, ordering and delivery to all the advice on the Facebook page. Genuinely don't think I would be anywhere near as comfortable with cloth if it weren't for all your help!!”

“Wow. I'm new to reuseables (and babies in general) but wanted to start off on the right foot and be as eco friendly as possible. I asked for some advice and Meg sent me THE most comprehensive email detailing the pros of each system and examples. Everything from fabric choice to drying times and which would suit my lifestyle. Fantastic service and I will be certainly using the Nappy Gurus to stock up ready for the little ones arrival.”

“Really pleased with the selection available from the Nappy Gurus. Great that they update the stock on the website as they do sell out of items. Lots of advice on the website about laundry and caring for items. Quick turnaround of orders. It’s also easy to use any council vouchers! I’ve used the website a couple of times now. My only disappointment was that on my latest shop I ordered some breast pads that came with a small flowery bag, which was lovely, and the bag I was given was a mustard yellow. I didn’t want to complain but I was quite disappointed. Thank you for everything else though!”

Thank you for your honest review. Apologies you were disappointed with the bag you received with the breast pads. Feathers is one of our best sellers, but we can look into making it clearer on the website that the bag design is dependant on stock levels. This is something we can look in to and make it clearer on the listing. Stay safe x

“I reached out to Lauren (via instagram) for advice and guidance on where to start with reusable nappies and accessories, as I was so confused with all the different types! Lauren was great assistance and sent me some helpful links and info. I felt a bit worried swapping to reusable nappies with my son just turning 2 years old, but I was reassured that the transition is possible at any age. I'm already overly excited about purchasing!”

“Oh my gosh where to start! So I've been wanting to use reusable nappies since I was pregnant with my now 7 month old but I found it all a bit daunting. After speaking with Julie and asking a million questions I have now pit in an order for reusable nappies and cannot wait for them to arrive. Julie was so helpful and friendly. She explained everything to me in basic terms (much appreciated). She also advised a package that gives me the chance to try different types of nappies which was the most cost effective for me. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and she never made me feel silly for my lack of knowledge. I would absolutely recommend her to anybody that is unsure of where to start!”
