“Excellent service nappies and extras are very eco friendly and soft so hope they work out. A bit more time consuming of course but lets hope they help with the environment.”

“I ordered the child’s nappy that was meant to go up to 55lb as my LO has special needs but it will not even go round him, I contacted Nappy Gurus on their website to ask if maybe the wrong product had been sent but that was 4 days ago and I have not yet had an answer so although I think the design looked good I can’t comment”

“Great introduction of products on their Facebook page and website. The short video guide on each product page was also super helpful, teaching me how to optimise the usage of the nappies and also to decide if the nappy was for me. Great prices too! I love that they have a bundle price for 3 pocket nappies of different brands, allowing me to experience a variety of options. Easy to purchase, lots of stock and I would be happy to purchase them again!”

“Brilliant customer service, quick response and very quick and efficient at solving any issues- had a faulty nappy a while after buying it and they arranged a full refund, a faulty household cleaning product and they arranged a replacement direct from manufacturer. Always quick postage and occasional free chocolates in our packages. Staff very knowledgeable with nappy queries too and all very active on social media for quick responses. Really fab, ethical company”

“Very friendly and personalised advice offered. The questionnaire was very easy to complete and I quickly received a very detailed email. Meg provided exactly the information I'd asked for and definitely exceeded my expectations. It was really useful to get recommendations on products that Meg had actual experience using. The website is easy to search with a great amount of products to choose from and some really useful instructional videos.”

“The girls at nappy guru were so helpful. Albeit late on the reusable nappy train I wish I had started earlier. I had a FaceTime call where I was able to view different types of boosters, wraps etc and the ones I bought have been great. I will definitely use more with my next baby.”
