“Very happy with the products I’ve received however I have 3 missing items and waiting for someone to get back in touch with me after when TNG are open again. I have every hope I’ll revive my 3 missing items and 100% would order from here again :)”

Hi Emily, I am very sorry that we missed 3 items from your order. The quantity was sadly missed from one of our busy packers in the Christmas rush but this is no excuse and not a reflection on our normal wonderful service. “We had planned to ask for a “Get Me Started” reusable nappy kit when my work colleagues asked us what we wanted as a gift before I went on Mat leave. It looks like a good kit, with lots of choice of quality nappies. However, as we’d already got a Little Lambs nappy as a hand-me-down from family, we decided to put our own trial kit together. We got some recommendations from TNG, which were very handy and also came with a voucher code. So, we browsed then bought a small selection of different recommended nappies (lots of pretty designs were available - so much choice!) and are looking forward to trying them out when baby arrives!”

“Really impressed with Nappy Gurus - not only is the website full of useful information, the personal advice service is just what you need to get started with cloth nappies with more confidence. Few days into my 'try cloth' trial now and feel really supported by all the available resources through NG!”

“Hazel was so helpful in giving me nappy advice! I had already purchased a rather large range of nappies from several brands but was looking to see if there were any other brands worth trying out, and Hazel has recommended some excellent brands with the most stunning designs. I can’t wait to purchase them and try them out!”
