“Our mortgage adviser, Ivan, was excellent, unlike our previous experiences with trying to gain a mortgage! He was easily contactable and reactive (and proactive) to any queries we had and was always very personable when we spoke. When the potential lender raised issues he always questioned the requirements and sought out solutions rather than just relaying information back to us. I believe this made the difference in us being successful and gaining the mortgage, or not. I'd thoroughly recommend the service.”

“We were turned down by other lenders and we almost lost hope of buying our own house. Ivan made our dream of buying house come true.He worked tirelessly to find the right product. Ivan was expectional in making sure the process was seamless, he took the time to explain the steps and updated us on progress of our case daily. Ivan provided professional and excellent customer services, he is knowledgeable and expert in mortgage industry. Ivan went above and beyond and far exceeded our expectations. “They took a very complex proposal & turned it into an offer. We would not have been able to buy our house without Gary & Sonia`s very hard work. I have been very impressed by the amount of effort both Sonia & Gary were prepared to put in to turn this loan into an offer. They were prepared to think out of the box to resolve a number of issues & to present matters in an acceptable form to the lender.”

“I would like to thank Gary Simmons and the money hub for putting together what I thought would be an impossible package. By way of a remortgage due to my age and certain other financial problems. Gary sourced a company willing to provide the ideal package i.e. short-term mortgage interest only and low interest. Gary and the money hub kept me updated on a regular basis and reassured me throughout when certain problems arose and dealt with them them quickly and efficiently. “The advisor that had been allocated to try and get the mortgage that I required to secure my home was absolutely brilliant. Ivan explained everything to me in steps, as I have never had to get a mortgage on my own before there for didn't know what I had to do. Ivan got me a mortgage with one company who pulled out a week before completion, this caused me great distress I felt that I would definitely loose my home. Again Ivan reassured me that he had another mortgage company set up as a back up who have already agreed to the mortgage. I now feel so happy and stress free and this is all down to a wonderful company that took away all the stress away from me by doing all the leg work to find me a mortgage when I thought it would be impossible for me to get a mortgage. Words can not express how grateful I am to the company and Ivan who was always on the other end of the phone no matter what my questions was always reassuring that it would all work out.”

“Very pleased. After being turned down by other lenders, Matt ran through my options and was able to find the most cost effect way to achieve my goals. He worked tirelessly to find the right product and he market knowledge is second to none. Sonia was then exceptional in making sure the process was a seamless as possible, taking the time to explain the steps and was always there to help with any issues. Top customer service hassle free and obviously experts within the industry. Both Matt and Sonia have been excellent throughout the whole processes and I highly recommend the Money Hub.”
