“It has been the best service I have ever received from any financial services provider. Gary Simmons has been knowledgeable, responsive, flexible, prompt, and accommodating. “Not only were the Money Hub professional, knowledgeable and responsible - what you need from a good broker - but they genuinely wanted to help me repair my finances and credit. Every step of the way they made sure I could really afford the loan and kept sight of what my needs were (repair my finances) rather than of my wants (home improvements). They were friendly, had a good sense of humour and in my case showed such dogged persistence to get my loan over the line - they never gave up! Add to that regular communication and great customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“I contacted the Money Hub because my mother in law was selling her home to buy a retirement flat and 5 days before the completion date the chain of sales collapsed. Gary listened to our problem and suggested a bridging loan would help in this case. Much to our surprise Churchill retirement homes allowed Jean to move into the flat and owe the money until her house was sold again. Gary followed up the initial enquiry but we did not need the loan. Thanks to everyone.”

“I was left totally impressed by the advice received. Usually I expect to be "sold" financial services but not in this instance. I was considering a mortgage and was advised this was not the most cost effective way for me to raise funds and an alternative suggestion was made to me. Great integrity and sound advice - which in my experience are a rare and valuable commodity in this age. I would certainly recommend this firm to anyone else. Richard Hutt”

“Because of my age I had doubts I would get offered a bridging loan at all. However I owned a property and got offered a loan of half the value of that property. They were very quick in coming back with the offer and the costs were clearly detailed. They kept in touch throughout the negotiations without pressurising me for a decision. They were always cheerful and helpful. I would use them again.”

“The advice I received from The Money Hub was impartial and exceedingly helpful. The service was exceedingly fast in finding mortgage/loan options with frank advice on what to do in my financial situation.
