“I got an appointment super quickly and was seen immediately on arrival at the clinic. My practitioner/nurse was super organised, friendly, informative and compassionate. I can thoroughly recommend them”

“We are used to receiving a yearly skin check as we originate from Australia. The check is a one stop appointment with issues treated. I was not expecting to have to return for a further appointment with a further fee. 175 pounds for the skin check is therefore to high a price. Just for an inspection and referral to a dermatologist. Please reduce your price to reflect this.”

“Back at the Mole Clinic Moorgate last week for the first time since Covid having been a regular customer before that. The full mole mapping and review service is fabulous and provides real peace of mind on an annual basis that nothing has changed or if it has it will be thoroughly investigated. Staff are amazing and take you through the process calmly and thoroughly. Thank you for providing a great service.”

“Myself and my partner had a full body mole check by Sarah who was absolutely brilliant and made me completely at ease after worrying about nothing! Genuinely made the experience anxiety free and couldn't of been anymore helpful with explaining everything, answering questions and just being absolutely lovely. Thank you so much Sarah!”

“Lovely, expert screening nurses who were kind and efficient so that’s what matters. Messy waiting room. We were told to turn up 15 mins before appointment so arrived at 8 am but no staff arrived till 8.10 so had to hunt around the building for the waiting room etc. May want to consider environment and reception staff so it doesn’t ruin a good service”

“I had a full body skin check with the nurse on Saturday. Great that you can have Saturday appointments. The nurse was really lovely and explained things clearly for me. I would highly recommend and also visit again.”

“Very friendly staff, put me at ease and answered any questions I had regarding the full body mole check. They were very thorough and professional and it was worth it for peace of mind. After being diagnosed with a Basal Cell Carcinoma on my face I wanted the rest of me checked out to make sure I had no other nasties in places I couldn't see and unfortunately, a full body check isn't available on the NHS (that might be different if I was diagnosed with a Melanoma and not a Carcinoma).”

“Despite being early the appointment was 10mins late and a lot shorter than expected. However, the nurse was friendly, professional and quite thorough in her examination. She clearly explained the various markings on my skin and why they were there e.g. age, sun etc. she did give me time for questions so perhaps had I any issues or further questions the appointment would have been longer. I would recommend this service and will use again.”

“The check was thorough, but if the idea is to encourage more people to undertake screening then I think that staff should stress the benefits of early detection as well as risks. I was left feeling anxious and alarmed, which I presume is not the idea.”
