“On arrival for my appointment the staff at reception were very polite and efficient (Moorgate branch) The nurse was also really great, she explained everything really well, her confidence and manner made me feel very relaxed. However booking the appointment and confirmation was rubbish! I got sent two emails with no confirmation of the time or where the appointment was. I also received two texts which I deleted from my phone because I thought they might be a scam….the reason I thought this is because just a telephone number came up, no name, no time or address! How the hell am I supposed to know who that is?!? I knew I had an appointment because I’d written it in my diary but hadn’t written the address down. I rang the main number on the website on the morning of my appointment to tell them this and to find out where and when my appointment was. The person on the other end of the call wasn’t particularly responsive but at least I got the details I needed to be able to attend.”

“Excellent booking process. Christina the dermatology nurse specialist was reassuring, professional, full of expertise and patient with my questions. I am now reassured and also have more knowledge in what to look out for on my skin. Thank you”

“I had no concerns of any problems I could see and only went as my wife had an appointment, but in hindsight, it was good for peace of mind and would recommend it. The staff were very good.”

“Booking an appointment was simple. The staff at the clinic were friendly and reassuring. The clinic is pleasant and clean. The inspection (full body) was made less embarrassing than it might have been. And a follow-up report was emailed the next day. I plan to have an annual check-up for peace of mind and I recommend The Mole Clinic to everyone.”

“When we sat in the London Moorgate reception waiting for the screening we were passed by several members of staff who completely ignored us, not even a friendly smile let alone a greeting! However the actual screening was undertaken by a friendly and efficient nurse. I now have peace of mind in knowing that my moles aren't a problem at the current time and in knowing what potentially cancerous changes to look out for.”

“After paying £50 for a mole check I received no report from tbe mole clinic. The nurse who attended me was excellent and informative. However, after being given a verbal diagnosis I expected to receive the follow up report in writing as promised.”

“Very thorough, and good to put your mind at rest, but was slightly let down when the nurse asked if she could take a photo of a potential problem. It was only on saying goodbye that they asked me for £30 for the photo and analysis. I wouldn't have minded if this was made clear upfront, but came as a bit of a surprise.”

“Had my first ever full body skin check with the Mole Clinic at Argyll Street. I have dark skin and had no history of skin issues. I found the process to be, efficient, professional and thorough and it revealed a skin lesion requiring further investigation and treatment. Nurse Alexandra was just brilliant, putting me at my ease, explaining everything and just was extra helpful. The full report and personal phone call followed in well under 24hours. Highly recommend.”
