“The nurse was very thorough and meticulous. The results came back quickly and I am clear about what the next steps are. We discussed the various tes of skin cancer and moles which has made me more aware.”

“I was kept waiting past my appointment time which annoyed me. I had left home early to ensure I arrived in time for my 9 O'clock appointment. I was pleased with the thorough check of my moles but disappointed with the scant information in the follow up letter. I thought overall the amount of money charged was too much.”

“I was very nervous because I had had cancer before. the whole experience was good particularly with the nurse who examined me. She was kind and caring and made me feel at ease in a difficult situation. Luckily the outcome was good.”

“Reception wasn't welcoming, but it was efficient. The nurse was charming and checked all my moles and explained why the ones I was worried about were OK, so I went away relieved and pleased with the visit.”

“I appreciated being reminded of the need to have my skin checked again by the clinic, I was able to secure an appointment at a time that suited me (when travelling into London for a meeting), the two appointments were on time (and back to back) and the report was produced promptly afterwards, and the team are professional and knowledgeable.”

“I had been putting off going for a mole check for ages...I need not have worried! The nurse was warm, welcoming and reassuring. She explained everything as we went along, was happy to answer my questions and put my mind at rest. Would recommend highly.”

“First time at the Clinic. Impressed with nurse - put me at ease and educated me on what to look out for (most of my assumptions on what could be a potentially dangerous mole were wrong!). Will definitely make this an annual check up.”

“It was well worth getting my moles looked at, I have over 100 on my body, and the nurse really put my mind at rest. She also informed me about the type of moles I have. I also wasn't fully aware of the seriousness of getting skin cancer and what to look out for, and now I keep an eye on them more closely. I would really recommend the Mole Clinic, its better to get them looked at rather than ignored and it is cancer.”
