“Everything was made so easy from the initial booking to the consultation to the follow-up email. The staff were friendly and the nurse Angela was professional and caring. She put us at our ease and explained the procedure as she went along and took care to preserve our dignity at all times. I would thoroughly recommend the Mole Clinic.”

“Appointment made quickly. Helpful specialist nurse gave me clear advice, took detailed photographs and explained the process very carefully. I heard from the specialist doctor within the three days I was promised. I found the whole process helpful, efficient and I was fully informed. I can't fault the service in any way.”

“I decided to visit the Mole Clinic as I am a very freckly person and I think it is extremely difficult to decide whether a mole has changed shape or if it should be looked at. I opted for the full body check and had the reports e-mailed to me within the 3 days as promised. The nurse also called me the day that the report was sent to me to explain the findings. I would certainly recommend this service.”

“With clinics in multiple locations The Mole Clinic provide easy access. I had a check up in 2022 which identified what turned out to be a large Carcinoma. After surgery at the start of this year, I went for a check up and am delighted to be clear. It's such an easy thing to do, and it can be the difference between early intervention and treatment versus capturing it too late. I've recommended to all my friends.”

“The booking process is simple to arrange. Always receive a polite welcome from reception and is a comfortable environment to wait before your appointment. The nurses are great and extremely knowledgeable, and the screening process is straightforward and not uncomfortable. The reports are detailed with photos and delivered within three days. A nurse will phone afterward to explain the report and advise what action if any is required.”

“I booked a skin check after my Gp referred me for some raised moles and a new lesion on my scalp, after googling worst case scenarios I decided for a piece of mind to book a check before my nhs appointment. Booking was simple I booked the night before and got an early appointment next day for the Harley street branch. Upon arrival I checked myself in and waited for my appointment. I was then seen by Chloe who was the most amazing, warm friendly practitioner ever who knew exactly how to calm my nerves and approach my high levels of anxiety. She checked my whole body explaining to me the different moles I had and even told me about new ones that will pop up and not to worry about. She was calm confident and very good at what she did. Although the moles and skin lesion I went in for turned out to be nothing she did find a small pimple sort of spot on my nose and told explained to me that there is a possibility that it might come up as BCC so we took a picture and sent it off and was told she would call me in 3 days. 3 days later she called me and she was correct in her diagnose it flagged up as BCC and advised me on next steps. Overall the mole Clinic and Chloe especially thank you for being so gentle, calming and patient with me. I will definitely be using the service again for yearly checks as something that I found not to be worrisome turned out to be serious. Thank you Chloe x”

“Excellent service. I went for a full body mole mapping which also includes a visual check by a nurse. It was my first time doing this and I recommend it; I attended the Albert Sq. branch in Manchester. The nurse was very professional, explained everything and answered the questions I had.”
