“My first visit to the clinic was positive. The nurse that examined me was very thorough and answered all my questions (I had many!). Out of all of the moles I have, only 2 need to be double checked. I highly recommend this clinic.”

“I attended the Mole Clinic in Bristol for a full body check. The clinician was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The check was thorough and informative and I was given lots of advice and details to ensure I knew what to look out for and be aware of in the future. I would definitely recommend a check with The Mole Clinic.”

“1st visit in 2023 the lady was very thorough, taking an hour to check my hundreds of moles/freckles, left with complete reassurance. 2nd visit 2024 & the youny lady took 20 mins, not even looking through the magnifying glass, chatting away & I have no reassurance at all & feel the need to go elsewhere to do all over again. Not at all happy after spending two days wages on nothing! This would have been a yearly process for me & now I feel lost as to where else I can go for this proceedure”

“Superb service. I’m covered in moles so I had a full body skin check and mole mapping. The nurse (Chloe) was absolutely fantastic and put me totally at ease with her calm, friendly manner. Luckily I had no suspicious moles but she gave me lots of advice and things to look out for, as well as explaining what all my different moles were. Highly recommend”

“i received an - urgent referral - for a melanoma . Even for this after i was called , i was given a waiting time of 3.5 weeks for the removal date - until i pointed out whilst getting this information , that this very well could be a medical emergency and that there are probably 90 % of the appointments for the next 3.5 weeks beauty appointments where people have disliked moles removed and if the business mind set up has a focus on help for skin cancer , than , whatever people pay for beauty appointments , they should and have to step back - I think that's an aspect that's actually not worth mentioning and that has to be a MUST WHATSOEVER for a business like this - after pointing this out i got a return message next morning that i could have extraction in 1 weeks time - which i found a plus as the surgeon would have extended his scedules for me .....but i dont think this needs to be pointed out ...it should be common behaviour in a medical field -”

“A truly professional company and from making an appointment through to receiving the report of any findings was an easy and seamless process. The clinical staff have been very engaging and efficient and thourough in their mole examinations. Follow-up and reporting was provided within 3 days as promised and options for treatment clearly explained via a telephone call and written recommnedations. I will continue to use The Mole Clinic for future screening and treatment.”
