Really sorry, but its impossible to know where you might fix this rail and therefore the manufacturer thinks its safer to send no screws instead of the wrong screws which could be dangerous. I understand your comments and apologize and hope the rest of our service was to your expectation. Thank you for your order

“Unfortunately the delivery driver delivered our product to the wrong address and did not leave a card through the door. Consequently a search commenced to try and track it down. However, Karen from Mobility Aids Centre was extremely helpful in getting resolved and even gave me a refund due to the inconvenience caused. The service provided was excellent.”

“Crutches arrived safely on time the only problem was undoing the bubble wrap! There was so much of it even the refuse collector left it (I must admit I did put it in recycling instead of waste!)”
