“My physiotherapy with Robert McDonagh (initial hour plus six 30’ sessions) was excellent. Asked what I wanted, I joked to straighten my kyphotic back (from spinal osteoporosis, now 88); he said we can try and stop it getting worse, wise advice! He gave me exercises for thoracic and lumbar back, knee (injured in hill walking) and general body fitness and balance; also back massage, which was very relaxing.”

“I was in alot of pain with my shoulder and tried to see a doctor but the waiting was over 2 months to see a physio, but looking on line I found The Medical I was put at ease immediately and Daniel has been so helpful getting me back on track, with manipulation and expertise advice and exercise. I would recommend The Medical to anyone needing help. Excellent- thank you so much”

“Lovely welcome from the reception staff at the centre in Cheltenham. They were polite and attentive. Bright airy surroundings give a feeling of professionalism and security. My practitioner was knowledgeable and very good at listening to my issue. She was gentle and explained every part of the consultation and treatment.”

“I had telephone consultation with Sam initially, due to Covid. This was better than nothing, but had considerable drawbacks and limitations. limitations. I have found the hands-on physio I am now receiving much more beneficial. This is progressively addressing my back problem.”

“I’ve suffered with lower back pain for over 10 years and attempted numerous suggestions to alleviate the pain to no avail, within half an hour speaking to Chloe in the Newport surgery she diagnosed a twisted & inflamed pelvis. Chloe has provided a structured bespoke treatment that I’m confident will cure the problem.”

“I was originally going to a Chiropractor, but this time this was not enough, I was in a right pickle. I could bearly walk. I need help. I was recommended to The Medical and was seen by Mr. Curtis. The miracle worker! I walked out of the office. That was fantastic. I have been given great advise and I am still under going treatment, but we are beginning to spread the treatmemt out now. I kmow that once you have a back issue, maintenance is key.”

“Very knowledgeable and professional team who explained all procedures clearly and concisely. I feel it is a real advantage to have different skills under one roof so treatments can be combined and tailored to your needs. Only downside is management have decided to reimpose mask mandates on staff in a display of abundance of caution. I feel bad for the team.”

“I came in sceptical about private physiotherapy. However, the team have been attentive and listened to every problem I experienced over the previous week. They then adapt my rehabilitation to match my limits. I feel like I'm in competent hands.”
