“Excellent service. I posted my 'dead' key fob Wednesday afternoon. I received it back on Friday morning of the same week. It was repaired and fully functioning. This is the second time I have used The Master Locksmith service, for separate key fobs. I find their service 2nd to non, extremely professional and a fraction of the cost of a new key fob. I can fully recommend their service , without reservation.”

“Having been given a ridiculous price to replace the key fob from Land Rover I research and found that the battery could be replaced but needed soldering to remove and replace. Further research found The Master Locksmith, with a most realistic price. Check the web site and was pleased to see very sound financial payment control. Key sent and 3 days later it was returned fully charged and in working order. Leave it to the experts. I will have my second key re-conditioned in the same way and fully endorse the company and service.”

“Brilliant service - our Freelander key fib stopped working, and had to resort to using the key. This meant no alarm and the inconvenience of having to only be able to lock it from the passenger door. Maild the key to Master Locksmith on the Monday - refurbished key was delivered on the Wednesday - and worked immediately.”

“Website easy to understand when selecting the required service. Price good and much less than other similar services available. Coms were good throughout and no concerns about where and what was happening to my keyfob. Turnaround was fast, and at least as good as the prompt repair stated on the contract. The fob arrived back looking like new, it worked perfectly straight out of the package, and the inclusion of a separate brand new battery for me to use when needed was welcome added value that smacked of excellent customer service.”
