“Fantastic service. My key wasn't being detected and wasn't operating the central locking. From sending key away to getting it back was within 4 days. Now works perfectly and only £20! Very pleased.”

“I initially bought and paid for one key on the website and was about to post the key off when my spare wouldn't open my car, it too had failed. I phoned the shop and asked if I could drive over and bring both keys to be done while I waited and of course they said that would be fine. Fortunately I am only an hour away from the shop so his is not an option for everyone but in my situation it was great. They repaired both my Freelander keys and also cut a couple of new house keys for me in no time at all. I am very pleased, both with the result but also the quick and friendly service from the guys in the shop, well done.”

“Great service. I'd contacted a company in Edinburgh who had quoted £120 to fix my damaged Renault Clio key. Contact the master locksmith by email at 11pm at night and they came back to me within 15 minutes. Sent my key by post to The Master Locksmith on the Thursday afternoon. It was returned Saturday morning and looked brand new. Works perfectly. All for around £26 inc p&p. Delighted with the service. Highly recommend”

“I had a problem with a key for my Mercedes, they advertised a refurbishment service for £40 plus postage. seemed like a good deal. I was very impressed with the fast service from the Master Locksmith - In a couple of days my key was returned to me with a new case, new batteries and looked great. They did what they said they would, promptly. however it is important to realize that this won't fix all problems. In my case the key had become un-programmed, so I'm forty five quid worse off and no further forward. If I can get myself and the car down to London and pay another eighty they reckon they can fix it. or I can go to the garage and pay a bit more for a new key. With hindsight that would have been the best choice. So they didn't solve my problem. Nevertheless their service was excellent. So although it didn't work out for me I'd not hesitate to give them a try.”
