“Not usually one for giving feedback, however, owing to the exceptional service, I will make an exception. Posted the broken key on Monday and received a replacement as good as a new key on the Wednesday. First class service.”

“Told by Ford I would need a new key as they could not replace the rechargeable battery in it. They wanted £260!!! Sent my key to the Master Locksmith for repair at just £20 but was pretty dubious. After all if it sounds too good to be true it probably is . . . . BUT it's NOT!!! The key was returned within 48hrs looking brand new and the remote locking is working perfectly again. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Brilliant job at such a realistic price.”

“Absolutely First Class service. Lived up to their promise of fixing my Land Rover remote key, at a fraction of the quote the LR garage gave us (basically the garage suggested a new remote key). Sent it by post on the Thursday, and it was returned to me (and worked as it should) on the Saturday.”

“If you ever wonder who the real 4th emergency service is, it's these guys!! Unbelievable service, I was looking at £350 for a new key, but they took the old one refurbed it and it came back 48 hours later like a new key for £24.99. The spare key is already en route!! Thanks guys just an amazing turn around”
