“It is always worrying sending your car keys off in the post, but the service was quick; 72 hours after sending the repairs key arrived back. Saved me £340 - great service! Don’t get ripped off by your car dealer, yes I do hear you re: security etc but that is what they are praying on - your fear!”

Hi Dan, you must have read this elsewhere as we do not mention anywhere on our website regarding sending out an envelope. Simply package your key with your order number and send to us using recorded delivery. Once we receive the key we will do the rest, its very simple and quick this way.
