“A big thank you to The Master Locksmith, I had attempted to change the battery on my Freelander key and had made it unusable. I sent the key to the above and it was returned in full working order (which I thought was not possible) within 7 days and at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend the Master Locksmith.”

“Unfortunately this service didn't work for me. After the fob went through the washing machine it was OK for a couple of days and then stopped opening the car doors. I sent it to the Master Locksmith and it was returned the next day, but the fob didn't hold a charge. I sent it back to them and this time they took a little longer, but again I was told it was repaired and it also had a new battery. Now it still doesn't hold a charge for more than a day or so. I've taken it to a local repair shop. Update: The local repair shop replaced the battery. I've attached a photo of the one they replaced...the one that was supplied by The Master Locksmith. It doesn't look new to me.”
