“Freelander 2, remotes not working correctly, sent 1 off for new battery, fast repair and delivery They received them at about 2.30 pm repaired and shipped back out same day. Remote works perfectly so I sent the 2 nd remote off and again fast service and it works great. Thanks for the excellent service. Clive”

“Quoted over £100 from renault and several days to order key and match to car.Master Locksmith are outstanding posted in Jiffy bag on a Monday evening at 1700 hrs received Back through my letterbox Wednesday 1000 hrs not even two days wow what a result”

“Fabulous fast service and very helpfull staff over phone. repaired my freelander key fob the same day as it arrived and posted back. Total turnaround was three days including two postage days absolutely brilliant.Great service and great price ,will certainly recommend .”

“Unfortunately, my key was unable to be repaired. communication was very good and my payment was offered to be refunded, which too date I have refused on the basis that I will send a second key for repair. Again, not the fault of the Master Locksmith, although it was suggested to me, that my key would still be able to start my car, unfortunately, this is not the case, it does not detract from an excellent service provided.”

“This was an extremely good service. I would have no idea how to make this any quicker (turnaround, including me picking the key up from the post office 3 days). The key now works perfectly. And... it is also cheap. I would still be happy if I had to pay double if this is the level of service.”
