“Outstanding service from the Mater Locksmith. Wasn't expecting my Saab key fob to be repairable, so convinced was I that I bought a new fod at £150 with programming. I should have waited. 3 days after posting I had a fully functional fob for £30. Outstanding. Don't hesitate, send your problem fob to these guys before you do anything else.”

“cant speak highly enough royal mail even delivered my parcel to the wrong address they went and found it did the repair returned it that's customer service at its best”

“Service very quick and efficient, couple of small issues with the key where it has not worked 100%, so will monitor over next week or so and if all ok I will send my second key for refurbishment. If small gremlins do not reoccur, and all goes well service is good value Cheers”

“Fantastic service, absolutely according to what they claim. It took only two and a half days from sending my only one broken Renault key card from Aberdeen to London to getting it back fixed. They saved me a lot of money and hassels, as the official Renault dealer here had told me "Sorry, we cannot help you." Mick”

“amazing service sent on thursday afternoon got it back saturday morning, so if you have a renault keycard that dont work send it to the master locksmith for a quailty repair. Steve H, Gloucester”
