“I was amazed at the fast return of my car key returned to me within 24 hours of me posting it. I sent of my spare key the very same day and it was again returned very quickly. Very happy customer. Would very much recommend you use this company. Excellent service. Thank you Master Locksmith.”

“I enquired about a LHD, LR3 key fob unit replacement case via the on-line form and received a response within 10 minutes. Booked the required service on-line, mailed the unit in on Monday pm received it back on the Wednesday am, all items working fine.”

“In an age of internet scams and fake businesses it is reassuringly old-fashioned and 'retro' to experience two successful transactions in a week with a company whose website is clear and easy to navigate, which explains exactly what it will do and how long it will take, which is contactable by phone to give personal reassurance, and which delivers on time. I have saved over £250 and many hours by getting The Master Locksmith to repair two malfunctioning electronic keys for a Freelander 2 by post, and can heartily recommend this firm. If the British government and local authorities functioned like this company it would save many lives and many millions of pounds. Thank ypu”
