“I sent the faulty key off Thursday, and the repaired key arrived by post on the following Saturday. I think that is excellent service. I put the key in the car, and checked it was working. There was no sign of damage. I didn’t check how much a genuine replacement key was, but I expect it was a lot more than the repaired one.”

“1st call to check on progress and couldn't locate order (it was sent recorded delivery) 2nd call they suddenly found the order but said it couldnt be fixed Then posted back to me but had removed a brand new battery I had bought, so had to buy a new one Not the best experience I'm sure if the fault is fixable then they'd be ok, but removing a brand new battery was v. annoying”

“Absolutely amazing service. Posted my non-functioning Freelander 2 key to The Master Locksmith on a Wednesday morning, received it back fully functioning on the Friday at a cost of £27.00. Land Rover quoted £167.00 for the same job (replace battery, check/service micro switches). Numerous You-tube clips attempt to show you how to do it (don't try!), numerous forums say it can't be done. Don't waste your time, use The Master Locksmith! Callum McLeod, very satisfied customer”

“Had issues with 'Card Not Detected' on Renault car key. Found theses guys online and glad I did. Easy to order online, sent off key, fixed within 24 hours and back with me a day later and it cost about 80% less than the Renault garage wanted to charge..... If you need your key repaired, send it here and not to the local garage. Will be sending off my spare key now to have the intermittent fault on that one resolved too.”
