“I sent my damaged Mercedes key and my ignition module to these chaps from Newcastle, they could of charged me for a module repair and I would not of been any the wiser but they rang me and told me it was just the remote key that was damaged. I then inquired about a new key as I had only ever had one for the car,not a problem was the reply. So two working keys and a module checked out at a massive saving on main dealer prices turned around in couple of days. Polite and professional and secure delivery I can totally recommend this company. Five stars from Newcastle.”

“My Renault Megane car key failed on me a couple of days ago. two phone calls later I found out the price for a new one was between £140.00 and £150.00 and they come out to me. I found this company on the internet with some great reviews at £100.00 cheaper so I sent it off following the packaging instructions to the letter, they got my key on the Tuesday and posted it back the same day. I was worried about posting it as its the only car key I have. After a very sad day ( funeral ) I arrived home to find my new key on the mat, well the old insides all resoldered and repaired and a new cover and a new battery. My key worked strAight away and I am mobile again and at a superb price. very very happy to recommend this company 5 stars”

“I really pleased with the level of service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Previous problems with Renault key cards cost me £150 each time for replacements. The master Locksmith made my faulty key card as good as new at a fraction of the cost.”
